Powerful conversations to boost employee engagement.

Creating a new digital touchpoint to foster dialogues and collaboration.

Eni is a global energy company with a strong technological focus, redefining itself as a Global Energy Tech Company. It operates in 62 countries and employs over 32,000 people who speak 20 different languages. Its complexity and the new internal relationship model generated the need to ease and boost internal communication, fostering sharing and conversations across teams, departments, and countries.

Our ambition was to turn change into an opportunity by creating a place for ideas and experiences to be shared and discussed. A digital place where employees worldwide, whether at the headquarters or on-site, could come together and feel themselves as active contributors to Eni, regardless of their roles and jobs.

To achieve that, we defined the strategy and identity of the Eni Workplace using Meta's platform and built a new touchpoint that works synergistically with the intranet and the main tools in use at a global organization. We promoted exchange with other existing platforms, redefining their roles and creating flows and interactions between channels and touchpoints.
We managed to bring to life a new way to encourage dialogue and collaboration.

A social collaboration platform like Workplace lives and thrives by getting people involved. This is how we created the Employees Engagement Strategy “Powerful Conversations”.
We immediately adopted an approach focused on dialogue, discussion, collaboration, and a certain implicit level of informality and freedom. We have emphasized and encouraged the variety of perspectives in a continuous flow of conversations, arising and developing from the bottom, continuously nurturing themselves.

We created a place for powerful conversations by giving voice to people from various corporate brands within the Eni Group.
A group made up of different corporate entities, each with its own identity and know-how, distinctive features and global scope, but all united by sharing Eni's culture.

Working closely with Eni's Global Internal Communications team, we developed the identity and purpose of Workplace, integrating it synergistically with the MyEni intranet. Workplace has quickly become the place where Eni's culture and values are globally shared.
We accompanied Eni from the birth of the new ecosystem to the launch of Workplace, as well as the creation of content, videos, news, and the realization of social collaboration and engagement initiatives focused on the different roles and figures within the corporate structure.

At Workplace, we activate strategic initiatives, together with Eni, for the most important corporate occasions and events.Every day, we help bring people together around the company’s culture and values. We create programs for People Managers and key figures, supporting them in developing their leadership and collaboration with different teams.
We implement campaigns and editorial plans to align the entire company workforce on the new objectives and future strategies, giving prominence and spreading indications and inspirations by the CEO and top management, supporting the launch of internal innovation projects.
