Today, the labour market is crowded with an increasing number of specialized offers and roles. So, it’s not always easy to navigate it. That's why it's essential to have an expert on your side who knows your strengths, deeply understands your needs, and realizes your goals even before you do.

Our ambition was to evolve Grafton into the leading recruiter in the job market, giving it a new identity starting with the brand payoff and a copy strategy of messages able to effectively speak to both clients and candidates. The goal was to develop a global visual identity capable of being adapted to each country, giving strength and coherence to its image.

Grafton is skilled in identifying and pointing out the right solution for everyone, even for those who don’t have a clear idea of their potential or goal. So, we created a claim built on the double meaning of the verb "get": to understand and to achieve. Because through Grafton's expertise in perfectly understanding your needs and capabilities, they are able to help you achieve your goals.

Then, we evolved the visual identity to be aligned with the new positioning. In a blurred world, characterised by uncertainty, Grafton is focused on both the needs of the candidate and the client. This is why, in every communication asset, the claims stand out against a transparent background representing the uncertainty of the labour market.

To give a fresh look to the photography, we choose warm images, with natural and realistic lights, and bright colors to express balance and modernity. People are portrayed in indoor and outdoor environments to highlight the balance between work and personal life.
